Another office party. Another chance for my boss to flirt with my wife. Mary loved the attention, I could tell that much from the way she flirted back. It was the tabooness of it all. If her flirtations were to ever evolve into something more, then not only would Mary be cheating on her husband, she would also be having her first encounter with a black man. Twice as taboo as regular infidelity. I knew that they were both only playing but it still always made me jealous. All it took was a few drinks and one joke going too far for a real affair to blossom.

But tonight I wasn't going to worry about that. Tonight I was going to use my flirtatious and attractive wife to my benefit. While Mary kept my boss Randy occupied, I would sneak into his office and empty the safe there. I had stumbled upon the combination a few months back and Mary and I had been planning the heist ever since.

Mary wore a flashy red dress with gold plating around her cleavage. The dress run down to her feet but had a huge slit in the side that went right up to her hips. I had always loved Mary's legs. Seeing that much of them exposed drove me crazy and I had been sleeping with her for years. I could only imagine what it was doing to the other guys there, Randy included.

Randy, always the alpha gentlemen, wore a tailored and tight dark suit, not a single crease anywhere. His shoes shined like a lake under a hot sun. ‘Immaculate’ was the word Mary had used to describe him multiple times already tonight.

I left them alone on our table. They were both so into their mock flirting that neither noticed me go. The perfect getaway. I headed to the makeshift bar in the corner for some liquid courage. I had never broken the law before. But I hated my everything about my job. The work, the staff, the bosses. They had pushed me to this, I told myself.

I gave my wife and boss another quick glimpse to make sure everything was still going to plan. Mary was a great actress. She sat on the edge of her seat, her whole body leaning forward toward Randy's, elbows on her knees, eyes focused, mouth open, hands on... Randy's leg!

I took a big gulp of my drink and pushed the jealousy down. It was all part of our plan. Had to be. Just look at how well it was working. Randy was playing it cool, as he always did, leaning back in his chair, one hand draped over the back but I could see the utter concentration in his eyes, the want and desire, total devotion to my wife. It almost made me laugh. Randy wasn't used to losing. Tonight would change that. The girl he wanted was going home with another man, as was the money in his safe.
